PROFILE
Let me introduce myself.
I'm a self-taught web developer who is obsessed with colors, textures, shapes, typography and iconography on digital canvases. I'm a son, a brother - analog at birth but digital at heart - working daily to create version 2.0 of myself.
My education.
My education is somewhat unorthodox.
I left high school with a full GCSE/O'Level certificate
Since then,
I have invested many hours into learning different software and
technologies.
I strongly believe that meaningful education doesn't
always come in the form of a university degree. As such, crafting my own
education was and still is my primary focus.
Luckily for me there is a
wealth of online resources to aid me in this. It's amazing what you can
learn with a search engine and some discipline.
CXC GCSE/O'level Grades
These are my skills.
I am working hard to
aquire new skills and build on my current skill set.
Personal education is a priority so I am always open
to learning both news things and new ways of doing old
things.

I am currently working on developing.

Here's my work history.
I have worked in a number of capacities both inside and outside of tech. I believe a diverse work portfolio is never a bad thing and has helped shape myself, my experiences and my work ethic.

I was responsible for updating and/or entering data related to pay increase, increments, leave taken(vacation, sick maternity,etc), leave granted, performance appraisals, record transfer either within the department or externally (e.g. Ministry of Education), etc.

Business Operations Assistant I
@Ministry of Tobago Development
Human Capital Development
June 2012 - May 2014
My responsibilities were always fluid. Some days were very clerical in nature(typing, printing, researching and compiling data) and other days were more adventuous(accompanying my supervisor to various locations, event planning, some heavy lifting and even chaperoning). I did a lot of work that was outside my job spec but I think that's why I enjoyed it the most. It broke the monotony of office work.
Skills honed:
•
How to be be fluid and flexible.
Office Assistant
@Memeber of Parliament (Tobago West)

April 2011 - May 2012
